Digital Delivery Policy
What is supplied, when it should arrive, and what to do if access is missing.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Electronic delivery
GMITrend sells software applications under digital licences. There is no parcel or physical return shipment. No separate shipping charge applies. Delivery is made to the email supplied with the order; account downloads are an additional route only where that feature is actually provided for the product.
What you receive
The delivery message identifies the product and SKU, provides working access or the means to install and activate the purchased software, explains the required steps and gives a support contact. Where a key or downloadable installer is part of the product, it must be supplied through the stated secure channel.
An invoice, licence certificate or activation guide does not by itself fulfil an order for working software. Receipt of instructions is also distinct from successful activation.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing depends on the selected product, the agreed delivery arrangements and any necessary payment verification. Review any delivery estimate supplied with the product or obtain written confirmation from [email protected] before payment if no estimate is shown, or if you need access by a particular date. This policy does not promise instant or automatic fulfilment.
We will supply within the period agreed with you. A pending or declined payment is not confirmation of a completed purchase. If a verification issue or another problem delays an accepted order, we will explain the issue and the available next steps. If we cannot supply what was agreed, you may seek cancellation and the refund or other remedy due. We do not retain payment indefinitely for an order we cannot fulfil.
Activation and licence dates
The standard licence lasts 12 months, with no automatic renewal. The applicable licence start and end dates must be confirmed with the supplied licence. Any activation deadline, user allowance or other material restriction must be disclosed before payment. A delay attributable to GMITrend in providing usable access must not reduce the agreed licence period.
Missing or unusable access
Check the purchase email address and spam folder. If access has not arrived by the promised deadline, or a delivered link or key does not work, contact [email protected] with your order number. Do not place a duplicate order to resolve missing delivery.
We will investigate, correct or re-send the access details where appropriate. If we cannot provide what you ordered, you can request cancellation and the remedy due under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Requirements and limitations
Check the stated operating environment, connectivity needs, users/devices and any geographic or integration restrictions before paying. Missing requirements must be clarified before sale. Reasonable verification may confirm an order or email address, but ordinary email must not be used to request full card details, passwords or private credentials.
Immediate digital supply
Where a statutory cancellation period applies, early digital-content supply requires the legally required express consent and acknowledgement; services follow their separate rules. Merely placing an order or accepting general terms is not treated as a blanket waiver. The relevant confirmation is provided in a form the customer can retain.
