GMITrend operates as a sole-trader business supplying software applications. These terms govern purchases from gmitrend.com. “We” means GMITrend; “you” means the purchaser. If you order for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate order details and an email address you can access.
The product you purchase
Our catalogue contains software for workflows such as billing, purchasing, cash planning, inventory, project costing, budgeting and business reporting. Each order covers the selected product and its stated functions, not the whole catalogue. Review the SKU, compatibility, user allowance, deployment requirements and included features before ordering. Ask us about any requirement that is not clear.
Product artwork is illustrative. It must not be relied on as a screenshot of a feature unless expressly labelled as one. Nothing here removes the requirement for the supplied product to match its agreed description.
Price and payment
Catalogue prices are in euros (EUR). The checkout total is shown before you pay, including any applicable itemised charges. We do not add a delivery or handling charge after checkout. Your bank may charge its own conversion or international transaction fee.
Use a payment method actually offered at checkout. An unavailable payment option is not an invitation to send money to an unverified account. Payment-provider authentication and reasonable order checks may be needed. Never send a full card number or security code to our support email.
Order acceptance
You can review the selected products and correct your details before submitting the order. An automated receipt acknowledges the request. We accept an order when payment is confirmed and we issue usable access or activation instructions for the purchased product. We may decline an order before acceptance if it cannot be supplied, payment fails or the intended use is unlawful. Captured funds for an order we decline will be returned.
Keep your order confirmation and the terms applying to that purchase. Later policy changes do not silently rewrite an existing order.
Delivery and the licence period
Products are supplied electronically. The delivery method, estimated timing and any activation requirements form part of the information for the selected product or the arrangements agreed with you before payment. If these details are not clear, contact [email protected] before ordering. Do not assume immediate or automatic access.
The purchase covers a 12-month licence, paid once, with no automatic renewal. The applicable start and end dates must be confirmed with the licence. Time lost because GMITrend has not provided usable access must not reduce the agreed licence period. A receipt or licence document alone does not replace the working software you purchased. See the Digital Delivery and Software Licence policies.
Product scope and support
Review the product description for technical prerequisites, user/device allowances and included support. A material limit must be disclosed before payment. Support for an existing purchase concerns delivery, access, activation and problems with the agreed product. Custom development, migration, implementation and professional advice are included only if expressly agreed.
Contact [email protected] with your order number, product/SKU and a concise explanation. We will review the request and tell you if further information is needed. Any response or resolution estimate provided for an individual case does not extend a legal deadline.
Customer records and responsible use
Use data you are entitled to process and check important figures against original records. Maintain suitable independent copies of your business information. Do not use the software to falsify invoices, conceal transactions, misuse personal data or access another person’s account. The Acceptable Use Policy explains these restrictions.
Ownership of your original business records is not transferred to GMITrend by using the software. Any processing of those records by a hosted product must be explained in that product’s privacy and contractual information.
Cancellation and problems
The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellation, non-delivery, faults, duplicate payments and refund requests. We do not apply a blanket “digital products cannot be refunded” rule. Accepting these terms is not, on its own, express consent to lose a statutory cancellation right.
Service changes and suspension
Necessary maintenance or security work may interrupt a hosted feature. We will communicate material effects on paid access where practicable. A change that prevents supply of an essential purchased function must be accompanied by an appropriate remedy. We may proportionately restrict access to address a serious security incident or material misuse; where safe and reasonable, we explain the issue and allow it to be resolved.
Rights and responsibility
Software and documentation remain the property of their rights holders. No ownership or redistribution right is sold. Statutory exceptions to restrictions on software use remain unaffected.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumers retain applicable statutory protections. Software assists business administration; purchasing it does not appoint GMITrend as your accountant, financial adviser or tax representative.
Complaints and applicable law
Send a complaint to [email protected] or write to the address above. You may contact your card issuer or seek another available remedy without first obtaining our permission. These terms use the law of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply where you live.
How these policies apply
Read these terms with the Digital Delivery, Refund & Cancellation, Software Licence, Acceptable Use, Security & Monitoring, Service Disclaimer, Privacy and Cookie policies. Product-specific terms must be clear before purchase; mandatory legal rights take precedence over an inconsistent clause.
